Red Zipper: Usage Method
When filling the bean bag yourself, be sure to cut the red string on the inner cover zipper once it's filled. This action locks the zipper, preventing it from being opened accidentally during use. Securing the zipper is important to avoid spills of the inner filling, which can be difficult to clean and pose a safety risk, especially to children.
Wash & Care
- Machine wash the outer shell in cold water with similar colors.
- Tumble dry the outer shell on low heat.
- Do not wash the inner shell or beads.
- Spot clean the inner shell using soap and water; air dry.
- Optionally, clean the inner shell with a no-rinse, non-toxic fabric cleaner.

You may exchange your item(s) for another size or colour within 30 days of delivery. You will receive prepaid shipping label(s) for your returned item(s).
Exchanges for a more expensive option will be charged the difference between the original item and the exchanged item.
